If you haven’t had a chance to volunteer yet, there are still open slots for making coffee, cleaning up coffee, and greeting. You can either signup online at www.InsightsBibleStudy.org or sign up on the clipboard at the coffee table.
End of Year Celebration
We will be having our year end celebration on April 23, so we need to start planning now. I’m looking for ladies that would like to help plan the food and decorations for that night along with setting an optional cost and collecting payments. If you are interested in helping out, sign up on the clip board at the coffee table or email [email protected].
Small Groups
Do you love Insights? Do you have friends you might want to invite, but don’t because our small groups are so big? Or maybe you haven’t even thought of inviting someone you meet because it’s the middle of a study or you’re not sure how that would work. Well, new ladies are always welcome. They just need to come. Let your small group leader know if you know in advance so we can plan to have a binder ready for them, but we can get them stuff afterwards if needed. We want everyone to feel they can check out Insights at any time.
This year we grew by two new small groups and we are still quite full. We’d like to make more room, but that means some people are going to have to step up to be small group leaders. We successfully split a group from last year in half so that is always an option and it worked really well. We offer a four week training that you can come to if you want to investigate what a small group leader does in Insights. If you are interested or would like to know more, let your current small group leader know. We will also have an informational meeting with pizza on April 16 at 6pm in room 214. Just RSVP to your small group leader or Elspeth at [email protected].
